Build and ship core product features across our Python/Django backend and React frontend. You will work on everything from real-time call handling to the customer dashboard to AI integrations.
What we're looking for: Experience with Python and Django, comfort with frontend work (React or similar), and the ability to own features end-to-end. Bonus if you have experience with telephony, WebSockets, or AI/ML APIs.
Reach out to small businesses that need better phone coverage, run product demos, and help close new customers. You will be one of the first sales hires, so there is a lot of room to grow.
What we're looking for: Experience selling to small businesses or in SaaS sales. You should be comfortable on the phone (fitting, since that is what we do), good at writing concise outreach, and genuinely interested in helping businesses solve real problems.
Onboard new customers, make sure they get value from the product, and be the voice of the customer internally. You will collect feedback, identify patterns, and work directly with engineering to improve Zinng.
What we're looking for: Experience in customer success, support, or account management at a SaaS company. You should be patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable talking to business owners who may not be technical.
