Yardbook Integration

Zinng integrates with Yardbook through Zapier, so every lead your AI phone agent captures is automatically created in your Yardbook account. When a call ends, Zinng fires a "Call Finished" trigger in Zapier, which sends the caller's details to Yardbook's "Create Lead" action. No copy-pasting, no manual data entry.

How It Works

1. A customer calls your business number. Your Zinng AI agent answers and collects their name, phone number, address, and what service they need.
2. When the call ends, Zinng's Zapier integration fires the Call Finished trigger with all the lead data from the conversation.
3. Zapier sends that data to Yardbook's Create Lead action, mapping caller details to Yardbook's lead fields.
4. The new lead appears in your Yardbook CRM, ready for you to schedule and follow up.
