Our text messaging program

Zinng.ai, a product of Bramlett Software LLC ("Zinng," "we," "us," or "our"), offers a two-way text messaging option so you can reach us with questions about our product and pricing, or to request a demo or follow-up information. These SMS Terms describe how that messaging works and apply in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How you opt in

You provide your consent to receive text messages from Zinng by contacting us first. There are two ways this happens:

• You send a text message to our business number, (213) 263-4777. By texting us, you consent to receive text messages back from us at the number you used.
• You call our business number and, while speaking with us, either agree to receive a text message or ask us to text you, for example, asking us to text you a link to book a demo or to schedule a time. Agreeing to a text, or asking us to text you, during that call is your consent to receive that text message.

Any text message we send is a direct, one-to-one response from our team to a call or text that you started with us. We only message people who have contacted us first. We do not send unsolicited, promotional, automated, or bulk text messages, and we do not buy or import phone number lists.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Zinng does not charge you for the messages themselves.

How to opt out or get help

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further texts unless you contact us again. For help, reply HELP, or email us at [email protected].

Your privacy

We do not sell your phone number or the content of your messages, and we do not share your phone number or your consent to receive messages with third parties for their own marketing purposes. For more on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Delivery

Message delivery is subject to the availability and performance of mobile carriers, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
