Getting Started

Go from sign-up to live AI phone agent in just a few minutes.

1. Create your account

Head to app.zinng.ai/accounts/signup and create your account. You can sign up with your email or use Google sign-in for a faster start.

After signing up, verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox. This activates your account and unlocks the full dashboard.

2. Complete onboarding

Once you're logged in, you'll be guided through a short onboarding flow. This helps us tailor your AI agent to your business. You'll be asked to:

  • Tell us about your business and how you plan to use Zinng
  • Watch a quick tutorial video on how the platform works
  • Indicate whether you handle patient information (for HIPAA compliance)

Completing onboarding earns you free credits to try out calls.

3. Configure your AI agent

From the dashboard, set up how your AI phone agent should behave:

  • Business name and details - so the agent can properly identify itself when answering calls
  • Call handling instructions - define how the agent should greet callers, what questions to ask, and how to handle different scenarios
  • Emergency escalation - configure when and how the agent should flag urgent calls and notify you immediately
  • Scheduling - connect a calendar integration (like Calendly or Cal.com) so the agent can book appointments on your behalf

4. Connect your phone number

You have two options for connecting a phone number:

  • Get a new number - Zinng can provision a new phone number for your business
  • Forward your existing number - Set up call forwarding from your current business line to your Zinng number, so you keep the number your customers already know

5. Test your agent

Before going live, try a test call to make sure everything sounds right. Call your Zinng number and walk through a typical conversation. Check that the agent:

  • Greets callers with the right business name
  • Asks the questions you've configured
  • Handles appointment booking correctly (if configured)
  • Sends proper notifications for urgent calls

You can review call transcripts in your dashboard after each test call.

6. Go live

Once you're happy with how your agent handles calls, you're ready to go. Choose a plan that fits your call volume and start letting Zinng handle your phones 24/7.

Monitor incoming calls, read transcripts, and fine-tune your agent's behavior at any time from the dashboard.
