What happened to Marr Labs
On September 9, 2026, PayNearMe announced it had acquired Marr Labs' technology assets and hired its key employees to accelerate AI across its payments platform. Marr Labs' site now leads with "Marr Labs is now a part of PayNearMe," and Vox is no longer sold as a standalone voice agent.
