Read the plan details closely. Phonely's pricing headers say Starter includes 200 minutes and Professional 650, while its comparison table says 250 and 750, and the Starter overage is listed as both $0.25 and $0.35 a minute. It also charges $0.02 a minute after a call is transferred.
