A short one this week, since the big update just went out. Here is the 90-second version:
- Hide specific Google reviews. The free Google Reviews widget now lets you hide individual reviews.
- Bigger image uploads in the chat widget. Some of you had images that would not upload. We now compress them before sending and raised the size limit, so they go through. And yes, the AI can read them.
- A smarter inbox. If you try to send a chat message to a contact who is not connected to the chat widget, Zinng warns you, and you can switch to SMS or send anyway.
- Quick team switcher. Most of you run one team, but Zinng fully supports several. You can now switch between them right from the sidebar.
Coming soon: Zinng Scheduling, which lets you replace Cal.com or Calendly completely free, even on the free plan.
