- Per-agent notification recipients, so you choose exactly who gets each agent's post-call email
- A major chat widget upgrade
- Inbox improvements: no more jump to the top when archiving, plus seeing your agent's sent texts and outbound call numbers in the inbox
- FAQ functionality
- A referral system: refer a customer and get a free month the moment they start paying
- A Customers tab, a simple built-in CRM to view and import your contacts
- iOS app invites for external users in the next day or two, with Android shortly behind
