The big news: our Android app is ready for testing. If you have an Android device and a Google email, we can invite you. I already have a list of people who asked, and I'll be emailing them a special install link shortly. If you want in and haven't told me yet, just reach out. iOS is right behind it, Apple is reviewing our build now and I should know tomorrow whether we can start inviting testers there too.

- Push notifications now show a preview of the actual message on Chrome, iOS, and Android
- Team switching in the mobile app
- Cleaned up minor issues in our A2P 10DLC brand registration flow (the process on the $99 Pro plan that registers your brand with the carriers, boosts your number's reputation, and puts your business name on the caller ID)
- A bunch of smaller bug fixes, thank you to everyone who sent feedback
Coming soon
- Our referral program: refer Zinng with your own link or code, and every time someone you refer becomes a paying customer you get one free month. It stacks, so in theory you could get your entire Zinng subscription completely free.
- A new agent mode that sounds much more human and expressive
- FAQ functionality
- Per-team push notifications
- Pasting images right into the composer
- Defining additional emails to send your call summaries to
- Further out: web calls inside the iOS and Android apps, grabbing a call live the moment it comes in before the agent takes over, and a Square online bookings integration
Quick tip: turn on dynamic voice speed in your agent's advanced settings. I recommend it to everyone.
