📱 The iOS app is publicly available
- No more invites. The Zinng iOS app is live and you can download it from the App Store, or search the App Store for "Zinng" with two N's.
- You can also find links to both the iOS and Android apps under Mobile Apps in the left-hand navigation of the web app.
💬 The chat widget is getting AI
- This is the big one. A beta should be out early this coming week, most likely Monday.
- Only some accounts will get access at first, so let us know if you would like to be one of the beta testers. It will be very bare bones to start, and it will improve quickly from there.
⚡ Workflows can now send an SMS with AI
- Your workflows can be conditional now. Instead of always sending the same text after a call, you can tell the AI when to send one and what to say.
- You will see an example when you build one: only text the people who said nothing at all on the call. Let us know if you want help setting this up and we will walk you through it.
⭐ Google Reviews widget
- More improvements went out this week.
- Longer term, we are adding support for multiple Google Business Profiles as well as other platforms like Yelp, so every review your business has can live in one widget that you simply embed on your website.
