We're excited to share the following improvements to the zinng.ai platform: - Simplified message status system: only "Active" and "Archived" options now (all previously "Resolved" messages have been moved to "Archived") - Removed the requirement to enter a reason when overriding HIPAA consent for SMS messages - Fixed bug: SMS conversations sent unprompted to an organization now properly trigger email notifications - Updated display formatting: SMS label in inbox now appears as "SMS" instead of "Sms" - Fixed issue causing duplicate conversations for the same phone number (existing duplicates have been merged) - Automatic chat widget creation for new Zing users during registration As always, please share any feedback you have about these changes!
