Click the lightning icon in any conversation to choose from pre-built shortcuts like greetings, hold messages, appointment offers, and more. Each shortcut inserts text into your message field where you can edit it before sending, or just send it as-is.
Click Manage to create your own shortcuts and customize the text to fit your business.
