Our Zapier integration is now live for everyone, no invite needed. When a call finishes, your Zinng agent can automatically send the caller's details to almost any CRM or tool you already use, through Zapier's thousands of app connections.
For example, you can have every caller automatically create a submission in Jotform, add a row to your CRM, or kick off a follow-up, all without lifting a finger.
This is available on the Pro plan. To set it up, enable the Zapier: Call Finished trigger in your agent settings, or reach out and we will help you connect your CRM.
Also in the works: we have started internal testing of the Zinng iOS app, and it is now running live on a real iPhone. There is still UI cleanup and testing to do, but we are getting close.
