Agent call settings
Control how long your AI phone agent waits before answering, when it ends silent calls, and the longest a call can run, from agent settings.
Call settings set the timing of each call: how long your agent waits before answering, when it hangs up on a silent caller, and the longest a single call can last. They keep calls from running on and help with carrier checks.
How to open call settings
Section titled “How to open call settings”- Open AI Phone Agents and select your agent.
