Toll-free number verification for texting
Verify your toll-free number with carriers so it can send business text messages. See what to enter, how long review takes and what to do if rejected.
If your team number is toll-free, carriers require you to verify it before it can send text messages. Toll-free numbers use toll-free verification instead of A2P 10DLC registration. Carriers usually review it within 3 business days.
