Your free trial: how it works
Start a 7-day free trial on any paid plan, see how many days are left, switch plans during it and learn what to do before it ends.
Every paid plan comes with a 7-day free trial, and each account gets one trial. You start it from the Subscription page.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You can build and test an agent without a plan. The trial is for going live. See set up your first AI phone agent.
- You enter your card in a secure checkout when you start the trial.
Start your free trial
Section titled “Start your free trial”- In the left menu, open Team, then select Subscription (open your Subscription page).
- Pick a plan. Compare them in plans compared.
- Select Start 7-Day Free Trial. If you see Get Started instead, select that.
- Complete the secure checkout.
The plan card then shows Trial Active and a Trial label. Your trial’s Free Trial Active banner shows the days left. On the last day it reads “Your trial ends today.”
Why can’t I see the free trial button?
Section titled “Why can’t I see the free trial button?”The trial is offered once. If you have had a trial or a subscription before, the plan cards show Subscribe Now instead.
What changes during the trial
Section titled “What changes during the trial”- You can switch plans. Switching plan during the trial ends the trial and starts the new plan right away. See upgrade, downgrade or add agents.
- The Add Minutes card needs an active paid plan, so you cannot buy extra minutes during the trial.
- If you do not want to continue, cancel before the trial ends. See cancel your subscription.
