How to Forward Your Rogers Number to Zinng
Use Rogers call forwarding to send your calls to your Zinng AI receptionist. Forward only the calls you miss, or send every call straight to Zinng. Setup takes about two minutes.
This is the number we set up for your agent (in your dashboard under AI Phone Agents → Agents). Type it once and every code below fills in automatically. Enter all 10 digits.
On a Rogers cell phone
Open your phone's dialer, type the code, and press Call / Send and wait for the confirmation tone or message.
Option 1: Forward only the calls you don't answer (recommended)
Your phone rings first. If you don't pick up, the call rolls over to Zinng so the caller still reaches your receptionist.

To change how long your phone rings before forwarding, set it in your phone’s call-forwarding settings, Rogers does not publish a dial code for the ring delay.
To turn this off, dial ##61# and press call.
Option 2: Send every call straight to Zinng
Zinng answers all calls without ringing your phone at all.

If a code doesn't go through, If a code does not go through, turn off Wi-Fi calling and try again on the Rogers cellular network, or set forwarding from your phone’s call-settings menu.
Fido and Chatr run on the Rogers network and use the same codes.
On a Rogers (Rogers Home Phone) home or office landline
Pick up the handset, wait for the dial tone, then dial *72 followed by your Zinng number. On some lines you dial *72, wait for a second dial tone, then dial the number. Listen for the confirmation tone.

To turn it off, pick up the handset and dial *73. Listen for the confirmation tone.
Want your line to ring first and only forward the calls you miss? On a landline that is "Call Forward No Answer," which Rogers (Rogers Home Phone) sets on your account rather than with a dial code. Call Rogers (Rogers Home Phone) and ask them to point Call Forward No Answer at your Zinng number, or reach out to us and we'll set it up with you on a quick call.
Confirm it works
From a different phone, call your Rogers number. If you forwarded only missed calls, let it ring through without answering; if you forwarded all calls, it goes straight through. Within a few rings, Zinng should pick up and greet the caller. If it does, you're all set.
Heads up: forwarded calls use minutes on your Rogers plan. Most plans include thousands of forwarding minutes to Canada and the US each month.
