Manage more than one business and switch teams
Switch between the teams you belong to from the menu at the bottom of the sidebar, so each business keeps its own agents and inbox.
If you belong to more than one team, switch between them from your user menu. Each team has its own agents, inbox and settings, so what you see changes with the team you pick.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You belong to at least two teams. You may have created one yourself and accepted an invite to another. See the Teams page.
Switch to another team
Section titled “Switch to another team”- Open your user menu at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- Select Switch Organization.
- Choose the team from the list. The one you are in is highlighted.
The page reloads in that team. Any Owner, Admin or User can switch.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Accepting an invitation makes that team your active team right away. See accept an invite.
- Your role can differ between teams. You might be the owner of one and a User in another. See roles and permissions.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”A team is missing from the list
Section titled “A team is missing from the list”Check the Invitations page. You must accept an invitation before the team appears.
I cannot open Team settings after switching
Section titled “I cannot open Team settings after switching”Only owners and admins can. Your role in this team may be User.
