Website widgets
Add the chat widget, forms and Google reviews to your website, and control how each one looks and who it alerts.
Website widgets put Zinng on your own website. Visitors can chat with your business, send you a form, and read your Google reviews. Everything they send arrives in your Inbox.
Open Website Widgets in the left menu to find all three.
What you can add
Section titled “What you can add”- Chat widget. A chat button on your site. See chat widget settings and add the chat widget to your website.
- Form. A form that collects visitor details. See form settings and build and embed a form.
- Reviews widget. Your Google rating and reviews. See reviews widget settings and show Google reviews on your website.
Every plan can use all three. Higher plans allow more reviews widgets and locations, and let you remove the “Powered by” link.
